SQUELCH ’94 · THE PACKAGE TOUR

April 11, 1994

Mr. Gordon Fells
Council of Sleep
Taos, New Mexico

Dear Mr. Fells:

Squelch will travel this summer, twenty-two cities, June 17 through July 22. I would like the Council to come.

You will not play the main stage. I have arranged a tent, forty feet by sixty, for the Council alone. There will be two hundred and twenty folding chairs, in rows, in place before the flaps are opened. The session will begin after dark. No time will be posted.

Sleeping bags will be permitted. I have read about Albuquerque.

Yours truly,

Doreen Fasnacht

We appreciate the letter. — G.F.

Mrs. Fasnacht wrote to Gordon Fells in Taos in April. The Council was known to decline venues that could not provide chairs. The letter answers the question before it could be asked.

The letter came back in its own envelope with the reply in pencil in the bottom margin. Mrs. Fasnacht took it as a yes. It was.
